Our company policy:

I.S.E.T. is, besides a search service, an information service that copies and sends requested documents and articles from libraries or databases to our customers. We enable document retrieval and use only, and customers are alone responsible to fulfill their obligations under copyright law. Moreover, I.S.E.T. does not currently pay copyright clearance costs on any customer's behalf.
Proper use of the copyrighted works is the exclusive responsibility of the customer, including, but not restricted to, failure to get copyright clearance from the copyright holders when required. I.S.E.T., its partners, employees, associates, directors, officers, agents, vendors or suppliers cannot be made accountable or liable for any action or inaction taken by the customers pertaining to copyrighted works delivered by I.S.E.T. and resulting direct or indirect losses or damages originating from or in association with the use or misuse of such copyrighted works or I.S.E.T. services.
In brief, users of our service are responsible to obtain, when needed, copyright clearance from publishers or Copyright Clearance Center (CCC) directly.
By making a request with I.S.E.T. you therewith indicate you have understood and agreed to adhere to I.S.E.T.'s copyright policy.
The copyright law of the United States (Title 17, United States Code) governs the making of photocopies or other reproductions of copyrighted materials. For those outside the USA, they will have to consult their particular country's law regarding copyright.
