When sending us your request for a document(s), please include this information so we can begin working on it immediately:

• Your name
• Whether you want a next day (48hrs) or same day (24hrs) request
• Specific documents with their respective information
• Whether you accept non-English documents or not

(It must be noted that some documents may not in principle be retrieved within the longest time-frame available. By default, they will be treated as next day requests, and we will duly inform our customers of the estimated time of arrival.)
When sending us your request for our research service, please included this information so we can initiate our research procedures as soon as possible:

• Your name
• How much time you specifically wish to use for the total search or document review
  
• Any significant details, information, or items of interest to which our attention may be usefully directed
  
• Whether you wish for us to look into particular areas that you believe might be more relevant for your search (we may suggest other, more preferable options that may be available)

(Note that our research and review service is open-ended and that we give our customers the absolute condition of objectivity in our judgment and evaluation of the material we find or review.)

Business time:

I.S.E.T. generally operates at 9AM – 5PM (C.S.T.), Monday – Friday.
Naturally, we accept requests on Saturdays and Sundays, but all such requests will be treated as if they had been received on Monday. Similarly, requests received after business hours will be treated as if they had been issued at the beginning of business hours on the following day.

Payment procedure:  

In order to make transactions as safe and easy as possible for our customers, we require all payments to be sent to our PayPal account. Please note that a request for payment (invoice) will always be issued by I.S.E.T. first, so our customers will not initiate the transaction. Our customers may specify the e-mail to which they would like to have the request issued in advance.

Delivery:

Deliveries of documents (in P.D.F. format) are made by e-mail, or through otherwise unspecified on-line transmission, only. This is to ensure the greatest efficiency and reliability of our services at minimal cost to our customers, I.S.E.T., and the environment.
