Business time:
I.S.E.T. generally operates at 9AM – 5PM (C.S.T.), Monday – Friday.
Naturally, we accept requests on Saturdays and Sundays, but all such requests will be treated as if they had been received on Monday. Similarly, requests received after business hours will be treated as if they had been issued at the beginning of business hours on the following day. Payment procedure:
In order to make transactions as safe and easy as possible for our customers, we require all payments to be sent to our PayPal account. Please note that a request for payment (invoice) will always be issued by I.S.E.T. first, so our customers will not initiate the transaction. Our customers may specify the e-mail to which they would like to have the request issued in advance.

Delivery:Deliveries of documents (in P.D.F. format) are made by e-mail, or through otherwise unspecified on-line transmission, only. This is to ensure the greatest efficiency and reliability of our services at minimal cost to our customers, I.S.E.T., and the environment.
